Summary: The house was very comfortable! Air conditioning worked GREAT! Beds were nice, tv’s were great. Negatives were the following: as we drove up we could see the broken blinds in the windows-VERY off-putting! Some of the furniture was damaged, a wad of hair in the bathtub on the drain, broken blinds on almost every window, a completely rusted shower curtain rod (could not even slide the curtain to one side) and bathtub faucets that were loose. 100 could have fixed most of those things. Also, it was listed as 15 minutes from Sea Drift, but it was more like 25-30 minutes.

Summary: There was only 1 complaint, and it is very small, the refrigerator was dirty, we had to clean it and dispose of old food when we got there. This is on the cleaning crew and not the owners. The house was so much better than the picture can show. A few of the blinds need to be replaced, but again so small and didn't take away from the awesome and beautiful home they shared with us. I hope to be back every year. Thank you to the owners, it was such a slice of paradise. The Flowers Family.

Summary: I stayed here for 1 week. The house is adorable and very comfortable. I loved that it had a large kitchen with full sized refrigerator. Everything was spotless and smelled so clean. The house keeper hadn't quite left when i arrived a little early, yet she made me feel so welcomed and she let me bring my things in. My dog and I were both thrilled with the large, grassy back yard that was fully fenced in. The location was an easy 10 minute walk from the beach. The neighborhood was friendly and I felt safe at all times. There was a small convenience store a couple houses away, perfect for snacks and drinks. The marina was a short drive and has a nice little restaurant and dog friendly patio. This was the perfect getaway for peace and quiet and anyone just wanting to relax. I would definitely stay in this exact house again when i come to Magnolia Beach next time.

Summary: We weren't able to stay in that home, there was problems with the AC. The owner was able to get us the house next door in less than an hour. The home is nice,fully equipped with everything you need for a very comfortable stay.
